How to Register Individually for AIDS Walk/Run Athens 2010

1.) Download the registration form by clicking on the link, "Walk/10K Registration Form." Every participant of AIDS Walk/Run Athens, whether a runner, walker, or member of a team, must complete this form. (Scroll to the bottom of the page to find links)
2.) Complete and return all pages of this
document, along with your $15 registration
fee, as soon as possible. The registration process is not considered complete unless this
$15 individual registration fee accompanies your registration documents. Although we will accept registration forms on the day of the walk,
early return of these forms will ensure a more organized, relaxed
check-in at the walk.
3.) Continue raising money and awareness for AIDS Walk/Run Athens 2010!
4.) Come to AIDS Walk/Run Athens on the morning of February 13, 2010 and check in at the appropriate registration table. At this time,
t-shirts will be distributed and other prizes for the highest
individual and team fundraisers will be determined.
How to Register a Team for AIDS Walk/Run Athens 2010
1.)
Select a Team Leader. This individual will be responsible for team
registration, coordination, and all communications with AIDS Walk/Run
Athens.
2.) Download the Registration Form by clicking on the link below.
3.) Return the Team Registration Form, complete with all names,relevant contact information of your team members,
and the $100 team registration fee, by February 13, 2010 ( if extension is needed, we will accept forms that are mailed in by February 13).
All individual team members must also complete and return pages three
and four of the "Walk/5K Registration Form." Although the team
registration fee is only $100, we hope that individuals on your team
and the team as a group will continue raising funds up until the day of
the walk. Individuals that walk under your team name and return their
individual registration forms by the deadline are not required to pay
additional fees for individual registration.
4.) Continue raising money and awareness for AIDS Walk/Run
Athens 2010!
5.) Attend the walk and have a blast! Any funds raised by
your team between the registration deadline and the day of the walk
should be submitted at the team check-in tables.
